Products & Made-to-Order Items

Spectral Stitches products are generally made to order. Production begins after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, sizing, and other details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur as part of the printing and garment-production process.

Product availability, colors, sizes, designs, and specifications may change without notice.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges will be shown or calculated where appropriate during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

If a product is accidentally listed with incorrect pricing or information, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when appropriate, cancel and refund affected orders.

Orders

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, contact, size, color, and order information when placing an order.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it enters production.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities when reasonably necessary, including orders that appear fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping times can be affected by production times, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because Spectral Stitches products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted, as well as qualifying packages lost in transit, may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Issues should be reported within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for qualifying packages that never arrive.

For damaged, defective, or misprinted products, we may request photographs or other reasonable information needed to evaluate the issue.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, graphics, designs, logos, branding, photographs, text, and other original content associated with Spectral Stitches are owned by or licensed to Spectral Stitches and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our artwork or designs.

Spectral Stitches, its visual identity, and associated original artwork may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation with or endorsement by Spectral Stitches.

Our store may rely on third-party providers to operate portions of our business, including Shopify for ecommerce services, payment providers, Printful for applicable production and fulfillment services, and shipping carriers.
