Return & Refund Policy
Every Spectral Stitches piece is made to order specifically for you. Because each item enters production after your order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo showing the affected item and problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we'll arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll review the shipment and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong Size or Color
Because our garments are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected at checkout.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.
